Carlos de Quesada, Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Carlos de Quesada, founder and chief executive officer of Vitalz, provides strategic guidance regarding the operational execution, fiscal accountability and business vision of the company. He is a serial entrepreneur invested in a variety of businesses that include Symcore Technologies, Symcore Environmental, TodayMD and Alegra Motorsports. He holds a master’s degree in international business from Nova Southeastern University and a bachelor of arts degree in political science and Latin American and Caribbean Studies from Emory University.

R. David Weathers, President and Founder As president of Vitalz, David Weathers brings 20 years of direct experience in the high technology industry and leads the company’s overall business operation. Prior to founding Vitalz, he served as the director of client solutions for EMC Corporation, where he designed complex disaster recovery, content management and security solutions. Prior to his role at EMC, he was the director of professional services for Latin America and U.S.-based channels, managing a team of senior program managers and engineers to develop and implement online procurement and integration solutions for enterprise customers. Other previous positions include senior manager in the SAP and Internet practices at PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as a senior consultant at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). Weathers received a bachelor of science degree in business administration with concentrations in finance and international management from Georgetown University. |

Alfred Rosello, Chief Technology Officer and Founder
As chief technology officer, Alfred Rosello is responsible for providing overall technology strategy, vision and direction for the Vitalz platform. He brings more than 17 years of management experience in all aspects of strategic planning, advanced technology solutions, and infrastructure development for a variety of clients in the labor union, highway transportation, medical accounting and financial industries. Rosello holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of South Florida. |

Alejandro de Quesada, M.D., Chief Medical Officer, Founder and Board Member Dr. Alejandro de Quesada is a retired nephrologist with more than 40 years as a practicing physician, researcher and medical educator. As chief medical officer, he provides an experienced medical point of view to the strategic direction of the business. Dr. de Quesada was one of the founders of the Lifelink Foundation of Florida and served as an active board member for more than 20 years. Additionally, he was one of four founding creators of Gatorade at the University of Florida. He received a doctor of medicine degree from the University of Havana Medical School in Havana, Cuba. Dr. de Quesada also received training at Shands Jacksonville Medical Center, St. Vincent’s Medical Center and Johnston-Willis Hospital. |
